Attorney Cohn’s interest in special education and juvenile law developed as
the result of his trials and tribulations growing up as an individual with
learning differences.  He developed the compensatory strategies needed to
overcome his learning differences and excel in academia.  Phillip strives to
share his knowledge and experience with his clients and champion the rights
of children and adolescents.  Phillip has been published in several prominent

Attorney Cohn attained his B.A. from Brandeis University where he graduated
magna cum laude with high honors, and his J.D. from St. John’s University
School of law.  He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.



Mr. Greco is a highly trained and passionate child advocate who helps
families across Connecticut obtain appropriate special education programs for
their children. Mr. Greco is the father of a 7 year old son with autism so he
has experienced the trials and tribulations of working with school districts.

Mr Greco brings a unique perspective to the world of special education
advocacy as a sitting board of education member in Enfield, CT. This "behind
the scenes" knowledge allows Mr. Greco to understand the financial and
personnel challenges of a school district thus creating a more collaborative
relationship and a more productive outcome for his clients. Mr. Greco has
expertise in evaluation review, creation of IEP goals, letter writing, and
leading productive PPT meetings.
